Fares indication (per night)
Sunday to thursday in low season (January-March and November-December): € 79.

Thursday to sunday in low season (January-March and November-December) and sunday to thursday in mid season (April-May and October): € 89.

Thursday to sunday in mid season (April-May and October) and every night in high season (June- September and Christmas period): € 99.

Cleanup fee: €65.

Tourist tax: €6,25 per person per night for a total of 7 nights. Children aged under 17 don't pay.

For check-ins after 20:00 extra fees apply:

21:00/22:00 - €20
22:00/23:00 - €30

Late check-in fee: €25,00 (to be paid through PayPal along with Tourist Tax) for all check-ins after 23:00.
After payment we will send address and code of a 24/7 locker service close to the apartment where you will be able to retrieve the keys.

We don't handle the keys to people not being part of the traveling group (like for instance a friend living in Barcelona).

Check-in is performed in front of the WHOLE group, so after the last traveler has arrived.
Exceptions are only made for mature and/or elderly travelers.

Security deposit (payable through PayPal until one week before check-in and refunded 1 to 5 days after checkout): €250.

THE FIELD ON TOP OF IT ALL IS NOT SPECIFIC TO THIS APARTMENT.
If the desired dates are available you can send me an email to carrernourambla@gmail.com, and I will get back to you with an offer that will be at least 15% cheaper than what you just saw.

Check-in
Check-in can from 14:30 to 23:00, or as earlier as 9:00 if the previous night was vacant.
You can come leave the luggage during the cleanup window, but the accommodation can only be accessed once the cleanup is finished, and the time may vary (usually it's between 14:30 and 15:30).
Like the most tourist apartments, we don't have luggage storage facilities in house, but just for this reason central Barcelona is dotted with inexpensive luggage lockers services, like the one just off Plaça Catalunya (Carrer d'Estruc 36).

Checkout
Checkout is at 12:00. If your return flight/train is hours later we still suggest the luggage lockers above.

Smoking
Smoking in any form is not allowed in the apartment and anywhere in the building.

Extra people
The apartment is for a maximum of 4 people. Under no circumstances we can agree for more people to be accommodated in there.
NO PARTYING ALLOWED.

Last minute bookings
We do accept last minute bookings even on the same day but sometimes some patience might be required if the manager's daily schedule is very busy.

Cancelation
All my fares are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel for whatever reason I can still refund up to 100% if those dates are booked again by another guest. Even if I have to lower the price and/or just a part of those nights get reserved again I’m still giving back all the money made by this new reservation.
It's always advisable, at this day and age, to have a personal travel insurance though.
